
- The membership card is valid for one year from the date of issuance.
- The card can be used by the member only, and may not be loaned, sold or given as collateral.
- The membership card cannot be used as a substitute for a credit card.
- If a membership card has been lost, stolen, or damaged, the owner of the card must inform the relevant hotel department. A fee for re-issuing the card (5000 Korean Won) must be paid by the member.
- Membership privileges cannot be combined with other special offers.
- Membership privileges can only be claimed upon presentation of the membership card.
- The hotel has the right to suspend or withdraw membership privileges in the following cases:
- If a member has provided false information on the membership application
- If a member has misused the membership card
- If a member has violated the terms and conditions of membership
- If a member has violated the terms and conditions of the hotel’s operations, or has damaged another member
- When membership is withdrawn by the hotel or by the member voluntarily, the membership fee will not be refunded.
- The hotel can send e-mails and direct mail (DM) about the hotel to members.
- Point mileage must be used within one year of its accumulation. If points are not redeemed within this period, the unused mileage points for the year will be automatically cancelled on an annual basis.
- The hotel reserves the right to add, cancel or modify any offers made to members, at any time.
- Membership cannot be issued to an under-aged guest.
- It takes a week to issue a membership card. Membership privileges can be claimed only after the membership card has been issued.
